About us

Last checked:

casinoonline-365.com is an independent guide to online casinos for players in Canada. We are not a casino and not a payment service: nothing can be deposited, wagered or withdrawn on this site. Every button that leads to an operator opens that operator's own site, and the account, the money and the terms are theirs.

What is on the site

The library is built around four kinds of pages, and all of them are kept on the same checking routine:

  • 136 casino reviews — licence, accepted payment rails, withdrawal limits and the bonus terms as the operator states them.
  • 364 free-slot pages — the game in demo mode, with the provider, the reels and the published RTP where the provider publishes one.
  • 32 software profiles — who builds the games, which studios sit behind the brand and where the licence comes from.
  • 14 guides on the parts that cost players money: verification, withdrawal times, wagering and game weighting, tax on winnings, deposit limits, self-exclusion, dormant accounts.

How a casino gets on a list

A brand is listed only after each of these is answered, and the answer is printed on the page instead of a score:

  • Who issued the licence, and whether the operator accepts players from Canada under it.
  • Whether an account can be held in Canadian dollars, and what conversion costs if it cannot.
  • Which payment rails actually work here — Interac e-Transfer, iDebit or InstaDebit, cards, a crypto cashier — and which of them can also take a withdrawal.
  • Withdrawal limits per day, week and month, and the processing time the operator commits to in writing.
  • The wagering requirement, the games it counts on, and what voids a bonus.
  • Whether deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion are available inside the account.

Ontario has its own rules. Operators registered with iGaming Ontario are kept in a separate section, and because AGCO does not allow bonuses to be advertised to Ontario players, those pages carry no bonus figures at all.

Where the numbers come from

Bonus amounts, wagering multipliers, limits and licence numbers are copied from the operator's own terms and from public Canadian listings, never from a casino's marketing banner. Each page shows the date it was last checked. Offers and terms change without notice, so the figure on our page is what we read on that date — read the operator's terms page before you deposit.

How the site is paid for

Links to operators are affiliate links, marked sponsored, and a commission may be paid if someone opens an account through one. That money pays for the checking and the editing. It does not add facts to a review: the licence, the limits and the terms are printed as the operator states them, and a stale figure gets corrected rather than defended.

Corrections

If a bonus, a limit or a licence on this site no longer matches the operator's terms, write to us through the contact page. Corrections are made with a new checking date on the page.

19+ and staying in control

Gambling in Canada is for players aged 19 and over, and 18 and over in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec. If it stops being a game, deposit limits and self-exclusion are the two tools that work fastest — how to set them up is in our guides on deposit limits and self-exclusion. Checked by the CasinoOnline 365 editorial team

Every brand on this site is matched against the regulator that actually licenses it — AGCO with iGaming Ontario in Ontario, AGLC in Alberta, the provincial lottery corporation elsewhere — and we read the payout, bonus and verification terms in full before the page goes up. There is no Canada-wide casino licence, so we name the province each time.

Some outgoing links earn us a commission. It never buys a place in a table or a better score: the order comes from the checks set out in how we rate. Spotted something out of date? Tell the editors.

19+ in most provinces, 18+ in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec. Free, confidential help in Ontario: ConnexOntario 1-866-531-2600, 24/7. Other provinces: where to get help.
